Gurus-

I recently started a new job, and photoshop duties have been thrust upon me. I work at an engineering firm where they would like to show what a construction project would look like in the end. They give me a photo (attached example) that they would like to see mocked up into the "after". They expect that I will find another photo that has the feature to be constructed in it, then cut, paste and basically massage it into place. The "before" picture is the best picture they provided me that I have seen (higher res.), the after is what a similar construction project looked like at the end, and they think I could use it to adapt the before picture. What do yo think? Is there another software? My thinking is that the whole dang thing should be created in photoshop, nothing from the original. I've worked with 3D objects some and would like to go down that road. Also, they have given me 8 hours to complete this project. Is this reasonable? I really have no idea, this is not my bag at all but would like to make my employers happy. Different software? Suggestions please!!! Thank you!!

Ok, so I can't upload any files. So here is a link: ""picasaweb(dot)google(dot)com/christopher(dot)a(dot)carlson/Photoshop#""

Again, thanks for any input, small or large.
