Photoshop Brushes and Tools!?

I Have a question about brushes? How/where do I get more? Also on the right side there's a thin bar that says "Brush Presents" how can I get "Tool Presents" or add more things to this bar?

Google "Photoshop Brushes" and you'll find thousands of brushes available.
Download the brushes you want and put them in the directory "C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR NAME\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Presets\Brushes" Substitute the CS5 for whatever version you're using.
Click on the top right corner of the Brush Presets window to add new brushes or create new brush sets and in the Tools Presets window to create new tool presets.
You can access these windows in the Windows pull down menu on the top.
