Photoshop Brush tool doesnt work?

I've searched around the forum and on the internet for this problem. I found a related issue on the photoshop page on the Adobe website, however it doesnt solve my problem

Anyhow, my problem is that my Brush tool, Spot Healing tool, Clone tool, History Brush tool, Dodge tool, and the Blur tools (and all the tools under those categories) dont work.

Any solutions

Never mind! I found the solution to this.
for me, i had to unplug my tablet, and thats all!

No need to unplug the tablet, but to move the stylus or the mouse out of it if you paint with another tool.
