Hello all, first post, im not new to photo shop but I wouldn't say I have a lot of experience either. I only toy around with my friends myspace pictures, clan pictures, etc. Well, a few days ago I was designing a banner for my COD4 Clan, but when i use any tool that edit picture (brush, eraser, etc) the surrounding area moves aswell, and not like its a soft brush either. Hard to explain, but I posted a picture as well 
. I have used photo shop on this PC many times, its a very powerful machine, don't see why its not working now.
Anyway, here is the picture:

In the picture, you can see my cursor, just a regular round eraser, and you can see what effects it does to the picture when i drag it, I tried to make a "r" like shape.
Need 5+ posts to this, sry! Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V into Address bar!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
