Photoshop banner request - please help!- it should be easy but I don't own photoshop

Hey guys, I saw this website on google.

I need a very awesome person to make a banner for a website I am making.

The banner needs to be a jpg image that is 970 px long and 225 px tall.

I numbered the pictures 1, 2, and 3. Could somebody place 1 on the left, 2 in the middle, and 3 on the right, then apply a gradient transition to kind of smooth it out?

I'll give +1000 internets to the best one!!

Err, it looks a little awkward. That's my mistake!~

By chance can you move the right-most picture to the far left? That way the order would be 3-1-2 and then it doesn't look like my boss doesn't have a right arm lol.
