Photoshop AI Background Question

hey guys,

i do a product photography and i get like 10 different products, but i would like to use the same generated background for every project and i just need photoshop to adjust shadows etc.

Is there a chance i can do this ? Because whenever i generate a background (even if the very same words are written) it generates a different one. I need the same one but adjusted according to different products.
LMK if this is possible :)

Considering the the new BG is on a separate layer, save the file and now it can be opened and copied/pasted to any other open file.
