Photoshop Actions help

Ok,

so i hope someone can help, might be a long one.

I do actors headshots, catalogue in Lightroom and do raw conversions then open in Photoshop for Skin work,

I then add a layer with a black and white conversion

so when all this is done, what i'd love to do is create an action which,

cropped to 10x8 300ppi but which I could move in each running of the action to get best crop rather than just cropping of the bottom,

hide top b and w layer and do same crop

same crop but at 72ppi

un-hide top b and w layer and do same crop

what I would also like to do is rename files, keeping existing name but with an extention of say

10x872ppicolour
10x8300ppibandw
etc...

would also be amazing to sort them into named folders which I would love for the action to pause and ask for the name.

Hope you get the drift of what i'm asking

Click the Toggle Dialogue icon beside Crop after you record your action, it will allow you to resize/move it where you like before continuing.
