Photoshop Action request.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a similar Photoshop action that was used on this picture.

I don't know if this is even an action for it looks like it was done all manually. I love that color and I love the effect from the shadows (HDR?). Anyone have any idea how to do this?

Well without trying to do it.

I guess the process is quite simple, import the image, convert colors to black and white, then with the hue and satuation you can adjust the color to that grayish/brown style.

the background can be done in a seperate layer with a custom brush.
