Specific Photo Touch-up request

Can someone please touch-up this photo of my grandfather so that it no longer contains the grainy texture. I need to enlarge the photo for my grandfathers wake.

I always find getting rid of paper texture on these pictures so hard to mask as you lose shapness where you need it, but I gave it a attempt, maybe someone else can tweek it to finalise and mask the rest of the textures.
