photo restoration

i have an old family photo from the 1920's i need to touch up. could someone take a look at it and advice me what to do?

man i got about everyone expect those two people on the left, they are a hassle, my technique was to duplicate the layer add a small g-blur and then use a layer blend mode to cover the noise

Not perfect, but the best I could do in a few min.
