Wasn't much I could do to this photo. I tried to sharpen it, but even the slight sharpen would make it look worse.

I don't see how anyone can turn a b/w photo into a color photo, thats sick. I can see that old Ford in that color too.

You try it, several layers with differing shades of colours (one layer one colour) add some blends and adjustments, go on have a go.

I love the B&W, can't say much bad.... maybe a slight sepia tone that I don't prefer....but I think it looks great, and Pauls coloring looks period perfect!
