photo of a document, how to make the background white but not mess w signatu

I have a photo of a document that I need to print out, but the white of the paper is not white.

I'm trying to fix it by adjusting levels, but the signature, which is in blue pen, and the seal, in blue and purple, always turn a strange color.

What can I do?

you could just use the magic eraser with a tolerance about 15 and erase background altogether and then either save it as a jpeg where photoshop will then fill in the transparent parts with white or create a new layer under the text layer and fill it in with the desired colour
