Hi,
I'm very new in this photoshop.
Lately I found this paper with all the stunning pictures.

Could you experts tell me how this guy can make these photos, plz?

I'm having a problem thinking you're posting a legitimate question.

How to make these photos?
What are these photos?

They look like images for a medical device, MRI, CAT Scan, etc,.
I don't see you doing this with your camera.

If you don't know what it is we're not going to be able to help you.

I believe these photos were taken from fluorescent microscope. Then, those guys photoshoped the original photos to make them look like that.

In addition, these are pictures about neurons in the brain. The circular ones are nucleus. The long, thread-like structures are neuron. Normally, the original pictures do not show clear boundary between structures. Look like these guys made the neurons emerged from structures below
