Hello, I need some help editing photos. How can I make the first 2 image below to the 2nd image below, as you can see all the colors are added to the final image, but I want how to do that with photoshop and paint.$(KGrHqRHJFMFGNivuoj(BRl,tNFTjw~~60_12.JPG$(KGrHqJHJE8FGTrL-MCdBRl,tIQoh!~~60_12.JPG$T2eC16J,!y0E9s2S5)qrBRl,r0cFjQ~~60_3.JPG

select and copy original , create new layer and paste and reposition then use color hues to get any color you want , you can do that as many times as you want

Start with the red photo. Use your magic wand tool set to 64, contiguous un-checked, select all of the black. Now, hold shift and select the white.

Inverse the selection, expand 1 pixel, then feather .5 pixel. Create a new levels adjustment layer and change the shadow output level (bottom-left) from 0 to 255, changing the red to white.

Next, Ctrl-click the level adjustment layer's mask to re-select the area. Expand the selection by 1 pixel and feather by .5 pixel. Create a new solid color adjustment layer and choose a color, set layer mode to multiply.

Wow both you guys have telling me two different ways and just by how you guys are saying it is causing me to clueless solution because I'm an super starter newb/noob and an very slow learner at things I'm not too interested in which is designing but it is an must do and learn as I have use of it. But is there any way to do this in paint? since its much of an easier design tool that way it is at least easier for me to do it that way or if not paint then any free software? as I don't have photoshop on all computers, and I will have used of this on all computers but I would need an free software like paint which is installed on all computers.

Paul, I'm confuse by the adobe link you provided me. If both ways mentioned are available, the only way I can learn this is through either an exact step by step tutorial guide or an video or screenshot guide can help also. Good news is all I need to learn it is once, and I'll mastered it as I'm very good at mastering but I need an exact of every single click to have this process done.

Step 1 isolate your image open it up in a new document double click that layer to unlock it as a background and create a new layer underneath it.
1.JPG

Now right click the picture layer and select blending options navigate down to blend if sliders and move the whites towards the center so that the white background disappears and then merge that layer with the layer underneath it making it a png file but make sure you dont remove the watermark if you do not own the images you do not own the right to remove the watermarks.

3.JPG

Now with your png style layer grab the crop tool and expand your canvas to the requred size and press enter.
Duplicate your phone case layer to the amount of colours you want to display and position them accordingly
5.JPG

In between each layer add a hue saturation adjustment layer which can be found via this icon at the bottom of the layers pallet
6.JPG

Now adjust the hue sliders until you get the color you wish andmake a clipping mask if it is not the bottom layer your targeting.
7.JPG

And repeat for the other layers and copies of images. Remember if you dont set it to clip to the layer below it every time you add a new adjustment layer it will effect all the layers below it. I have highlighted the icon needed to activate

And then just repeat until done

Thanks so much, I will try this. By the way can I do this on paint, or any other free photo software or only photoshop can merge the picture together?

You can do it in photoshop if you can get hold of a free 30 day trial

Or you can google photoshop legacy which an older version of photoshop which Is CS2 we are currently on CS6 / cc But it is now available for free. This will be exactly the same as I demonstrated.

Failing that you can download Gimp which is a similar to photoshop application but it is open source therefore free.

Do you have an exact link or both of them, that way I don't get lost and download an virus software, I'm sorry for all this, and I'm so glad you can help me go this far already.

Yeah I'm afraid I go through trial version since there so much photoshop out there, but is there anyway I can get an guide for the gimp version as that link is right there.

just copy them(ctrl+j,alt+lmb) and go to layer adjustment color balance or hues and saturation.
