Specific Photo edit request.

Hi, there. Please edit this attached photo and make a passport sized one of the lady in the right with white background. I tried a lot but could not do it. The resulting photo should have 3.5 centimeters height, 4.5 centimeters width, 115.8 pixels/cm resolution and contain only up to the shoulders of the person. In the edit i did, I could not make the perfect pp sized photo. Please do it ASAP. Please Please. Thank you

Resizing an image so much it will make it look too blury and pixelated, but just in case I made it and added a little bit of sharpness.

Another option for you with 3.5 CM height, 4.5 CM width and 300 PPI resolution.
