Photo cant appeared

Hello

I have a problem.I installed Photoshop CS5 extended on Win 7.
I opened photo in bridge then in camera raw a then directly in Photoshop.
The photo opened but there was only gray background.But in layers bar there was a view of photo and everything looks like the photo is open in photoshop but it doesnt appear.

In Lightroom 4 there is everything all right but not in photoshop.

I try to save the .CR2 format to .jpg and .tiff in camera raw and then open it directly in photoshop but i was the same like before
 
Is CR2 from Canon ? If it is try opening your image in the Canon software, then in PS or ACR
 
A driver bug is the most likely cause of this problem.
You can try temporarily disabling OpenGL via the Edit - Preferences - Performance dialog to help confirm it's a driver issue. Make sure you close and restart Photoshop after changing these settings before testing.

Make sure your video driver is up to date.


Turn off Edit|Preferences|Performance|Use Graphics Processor


Try resetting the preferences file.
It cures a lot of strange behavior in PS.


Start Photoshop and immediately hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows)
or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS X).


Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"
