Specific Photo as background #2

So another person on the forum wowed me with how they were able to implement a photo as a background. For instance look at the two photos before and after. This was done by @Babine
I was hoping someone would be able to replicate this or something close to this with my other two photos below

Here is a second rendition.
Note that this is actually a pretty easy project as you provided the subject with transparent background.
The background can be easily moved, rotated, and resized very easily to suit any particular need.
I just used my judgement on this rendition. Other forum members may have other renditions to offer as well.
