This is a little experiment I did. I sculpted the base model in Sculptris from the makers of z-brush.
I colored it and put in the details in Photoshop.

Excellent use of Zbrush.

Looking at it, to me it's not that perfect yet....

If you play around with the brightness and contrast of the face details , it will bring the entire face face features out . Use the nose as your basis. When you feel you got the look, make a flatten copy of the entire face and play with modes and adjustment layers.

I like the new penguin look. Bat's gonna shake in his boots..... lol...

Do you mean on the base model pic, or the picture I painted using it?
