Paying $100 For Opening Title Video

Hey everyone, I was a member here once so I kind of remember how things worked. A friend and I are starting a youtube channel dedicated to horror skits and news with a big influence in the use of marijuana. Im not asking anyone to do anything illegal, I just wanted to clarify it for future reference. Anyway we are looking for a 30 second animated video for the opening of our show. I have a WAV file with the audio in it which I have no problem working around with if he or she who helps me can do something better. I am only interested in buying 1 finished video but if multiple members want to make one I will pick the one I like most. If you can make something look extremely dark and as morbid as the music please PM me for specific details. Thanks!

Not sure what's going on with this one. I started the project, sent some very small watermarked still to gauge if I was going in the proper direction, and never heard a word back. that was over a week ago.
