Pasting a transparency on a photo?

Hi All!

Someone has made me a transparent logo (.png) to include on a picture but I cannot for the life of me work out how to do it. Can anyone help me with nice and easy instructions on how to do this?

Open the first image in Photoshop, Open the Second Image, and Photoshop drag the PNG and drop it onto the other one, will have two layers that you can manipulate the PNG around on that's the easiest way to say it
 
Thanks. When I bring the second one in though the first just dissapears. I still can't work out how to get them both showing in PS at the same time. Any ideas?
 
Then your 2nd picture is not transparent look at where you see layers on top there is an opacity and fill option play with those you'll get it
