My mate squidthief (great dubstep producer, check him out if you want) and long time client asked me to make him an album cover for his new single (free soon). Let me know what you think, he gave me a few guidelines for the concept and i worked off of that to get the result.

Really nice results. The car has a feeling of alone-ness but not loneliness, mystery.
Great hues. And I think it's a good choice of fonts, simple, non-intrusive, but interesting.

Did you leave the tyre prints from the sand for a reason?

I don't know whether it's my eye playing up, but i can see an issue with scale. The car looks too small to me, though like I say, could just be me.

Looking good!

Nice piece Zef...

The light source reflection on the sea means you will need the same above.

Yes, as you see they are in the edge of the water and for the illusion that they have been there for a while the waves washed it away. Good eye, was waiting for someone to ask that

I like the concept. But if I'm honest the lighting does not work for me. The heavy moonlight appearing on the beach would also be reflected in the clouds above the dark text band. Overall the image is too dark.

I agree with Spruce on the scale of the car.

The water flow around the four tires of the car, from the constant wave action, might cause some kind of pattern change in the sand as the waves reside, I don't know if it would be perceptible at the implied distance.

Overall, I like it. I see all the points that are being made though I disagree with the size of the car objection. Seems fine to me.

But my main point is that this is an album cover. Is it necessary to be literal? Or even desirable in some cases? I don't think so. There is a sense of mystery to this composition and the division of light and dark, that in my opinion work. But as a member or two like to say, art is in the eye of the beholder.

I be beholden a successful work of art, lol. (especially given the genre)
