Can someone please tell me the easiest way to make the attached shape I created free hand? Thanks for your help. :)

increase the resolution ,trace it with pen tool, stoke it done
 
You want to make it freehand or you did this freehand and want to remake it in Photoshop?? There are some killer Brush and Shape packs you can download for free for Photoshop...
