I like this a lot!

the one small thing I would do is work with the reflection a bit
seems too strong. maybe a bit more distorted too

but over all, GREAT job!!!

I really like this concept. Try and put more buildings that are actually there as I think this will help sell the image even further. If you end up doing this post it here, I'd be curious to see if it turns out. This gives me many ideas for similar images to create, thanks!

As mentioned, the reflection needs some work. Add a distort > Wave and play with the settings and lower the opacity a little more. Also the reflections needs to be slightly more to the right.

I agree with RTContent. Based on the flood height, there should be a few buildings visible buildings most especially to the right and behind the tower.

Ya the reflection is a bit too strong.

Over all it is good. The mood is there.
