Specific Paint background

Hi trying to get this eagle onto a background of "2560 x 1440" but the only thing i want is the eagle to be in the middle but then maybe the background color to be the same as the eagles one or something you think is cool and like a gradient of a whitish color? and some paint splatter to fill the canvas would be good

Sorry just an update as i could not edit the , the safe aera for this would be "1235 x 338 px" and then the rest of the place would just be a color from the background
