Oval Marquee Selection: Maintain Exact Size

I need to select, copy, individual head shots in an oval shap and past them to a composite image. How do I keep the same size oval marquee selection tool for each individual file?

Anyone have anyway to accomplish this?

Select oval marquee selection tool. In the options panel set Style: Fixed size and set the Width and Height fields.
