Hello, ladies and gentlemen, and greetings from Kathmandu. Have a little problem here with Photoshop and was hoping someone here could help me figure it out.
The problem is with the Option bar, which is totally unresponsive to mouse clicks. The little instruction box pops up when you put the mouse over one of the Option bar items (click this to blah, blah, blah), but clicking results in nothing. I can't move the bar either. All I can do is uncheck it from Window menu. All the other palettes are functioning normally and can be moved around the workspace.
Similarly, I can't move the document window by clicking and dragging. Can't close it by clicking on the red X. The window scroll box, though, works.
I'm running Version 7 on Vista.
Thank you for your kind attention to this inquiry.
Namaste.
