Having a go at layers and textures again...

Kind of spooky I like the ghost effect of the little girl and the almost 3 dimensional aspect of the picture but the womans head seems cut off at the top I assume she is wearing a hat could you not do something to make it stand out or maybe remove it and clone in some hair as it makes a flowing image suddenly stop sharp maybe make the hat iconic and stand out just needs a tiny 1 pixel outer glow seperate it out from the dark section of the background. But I am sure someone will say differently to me that is how this works it is my opinion but the other 98% of the image I love

i can see that your skills are improving, every time you post a new picture, there's always something new, something interesting, i like the dark feel on your work, i think that can be your trade mark, you never know.

The little ghost on the right side i think is too sharp provably adding some opacity will make it look more natural, also the hair on the left side girl seems to be jaggy probably you could add some feathering like 3px it won't hurt

Just my opinion dough.

yep agreed looks a lot better and now your starting to get the hang off layers and textures even I can see a huge improvement another month and you can have your own corner with your work lol and tutorials ;-) will look forward to seeing more like this definately your best pic you have posted by far
