Specific Object removal and brighten

Hi all! Could anyone work their magic and remove the black pipe from the wall and clean up the floor a bit And maybe brighten the imagine up abit? Thanks in advance x

I sandwiched a few old layers and saved it as this. Its pretty close with the original post but with a dark body.
Since I have both, Its easy to do any transition between the two just by fading one to the other. Your call. Here's an example @ 25%, 50% and 75% transparency
