Newbie photshop request please

Hey people, with not using photoshop for a fair few years now and also the fact of my desktop dying over the weekend i thought i would see if someboy could do me a favour for me. Basically i am thinking of having my car resprayed a diff colour but with not having the comp to do it i thought i would ask somebody off here plus im not that great.

i am wanting my black astra gsi to be changed to the Renault Liquid yellow (as below) with black wheels and keeping the roof, spoiler and mirrors black also. If anybody could do me a huge favour quickly and help me out i will be hugely grateful!
