hi everyone . i am new here .. not new to photoshop but very new to massege boards . can anyone tell me how to put that small picture below my name

To add avatar go to your Profile and on the very bottom you have
Avatar Controla Panel and you can upload your image > 75x75 px max and not more than 10kb.

Welcome! Lily's answered your avatar question so have fun making an image which is limited to the 75x75px and 10K parameters. It can be a challenge in itself.
