As mentioned, I'm completely new to web design.
I'm in the process of learning Flash from tutorials on youtube, and I'm wondering if I also need to learn Dreamweaver and any other programs?..
I want to make a really simple flash website, such as this
by the way, I really hope posting this link is OK; it's just a website for my uni that one of my classmates made, but he's under the radar for one reason or another...
Anyway, please let me know what the programs that I need to learn to do this kind of website... And if someone could just give me a run-down of how web design works, I would be so gratefull... As in, is flash used to design the webpage, then dreamweaver to set up the pages, links, etc?...
