New to Photo shop

Hello,

My name is Frank Situmorang from Indonesia. With my age of going to be 58 I want to make my Hobby in IT, one of it is Potoshop, in order to keep me always energitic and healthy.

I hope that members in this forum can help me how to study photoshops. I tried to see in you tube but when I practiced it it does not happen like what I want. For example when we want to place the color of the rectangle. Which one to chose first. Is it rectacle or color, and how to place it on layer. So anyone can inform me the website showing the Tips and Tricks to use all the tools, including layerss etc?.
