I just upgraded from CS3 to CS6 and I have encountered a never before seen problem.
I completed a project and saved it out in tif format. The icon of the image in the directory is a black square. When I click to open and preview it, a blank white 1280 x 720 box (dimension of my image) opens. If I drop the same image into CS6 the image opens and I can view it clearly.
I saved out the same project as a jpeg and everything works flawlessly but the tif format, which is what I need, appears to be problematic. Does this have anything to do with CS6? Have I overlooked an obvious setting somewhere?
This is a first for me. It's never happened before and I have no idea why.
Any thoughts?
Thank you.
