I have been looking for a place that can help me with photoshop! I am so bad at it currently! I see all these amazing images online and I want to be able to do that!

Is there a forum in which I should ask for help on a particular photoshop request? My friend wants me to do something for him but I don't even know if it's possible! Thank you for your time!
