Hey guys & gals ^_^ I'm new here, and probably won't post that much, maybe some questions or showoff sometimes.

I have a little question here, my photoshop brush is acording to me, acting weird - I just started using Photoshop like 2 days ago, have played a bit around with it, but I'm very annoyed that this:
EDIT: Cannot show a picture yet...../link, will edit it with a picture as soon as I've posted 5 times!
happens?! It ain't smooth pixels, like, it puts some extra pixels somewhere which you can probably see. And I've tried a lot to fix it, watched beginner tutorials & stuff, but no one's brushes is acting that way?
Any clue here? :3 Thanks!

The 'Mode' is set to 'Dissolve'.

Look at the top of the window.......Mode: Dissolve

Change that to 'Normal'.

Dissolve works on transparency and well, you see what happens.

This 'Mode' is similar to 'Blending modes' for layers....in fact the options are the same but that one at the top affects only the brush, whereas 'Blending Modes' affect the whole layer.

Regards.
MrTom.
