New guy needing a lot of help!!

Hi all;

I am using Photoshop CS3 Extended. When I select the marquee tool I only see the rectangular marquee, what should I do to see all the marquee tools? This also happend with other tools. Is there a single solution which will fix the problem for all the tools? Thanks for you help.

That's the default behaviour, this way your working area doesn't get filled with buttons.
To see the other tools under the same group just press and hold your mouse button and then choose.
