Thanks for the welcome guys, glad to be here. I am presently working on putting a 5 o'clock shadow on a face, I created a layer for the shadow and that works fine. But short of making a customised brush I'm not sure about putting on a three-day growth. Any ideas.
 
Thanks for the tip about Mark's brush tutorial.

I check it out and that looks like it may be the answer to my problem.
 
Welcome aboard Ants! I guess it's a 4-day growth that you're dealing with now? [confused] [innocent] Let us know how you make out with your challenge! ;)
 
Howdy Alister, It sure looks like a friendly bunch here. I have been using PS7 for a couple of week now and I am startig to see some of the great things this software can do. I'm just starting to come to grips with the pen tool so I can create a path to apply flames to a picture of my old kombi van. Its quite a learnig curve, but thats how you learn the quickest. :)
If I can get it to loook right I will post it for comments and suggestions. :)
