I'd just like feedback, Your interpretation of this design & how you feel it was put together.

A quick look I like everything except her ability to pick her nose, looks complicated

Overall....

It's a pretty decent piece. Very dreamy like. However, some of the elements in the composition need work. Such as blending, colour correction and selection work.

To properly critique an image, one needs to know its intended use / purpose. Technical issues not withstanding, effectiveness at meeting the stated goal of an image is, IMHO, one of the first things to consider.

So, what was / is this for? The cover of a family album you are going to give grandma, or a submission to deviantart.com, or neither?

To me, if you are going to have the focal point dead center, then it should be square and not skewed.

I just made it for fun.. It was made for no particular reason.

I'll keep that in mind, I just typically put anything i find interesting in the center and work around it.

I agree with everything that has been mentioned. Most notable, the centering of the woman is off.
