neon text effect

Does anyone know how to make this neon effect?

I believe they have use a Font that you have to pay for with spaghetti in the name, then copied the text and split each letter into at least 2 parts. Then it's just playing with outer glow, inner glow, and bevel and emboss.

Chad's right about the layer effects I'm sure. If you want to start from scratch and aren't wed to this particular font, want the neon effect specifically, go to this link and you will find tutorials for plastic letters, glass, "jelly," neon. Take a look.

Here's one I made to show what's achievable , no need to mess around with splitting font etc, search dafont for a font called Neon80s which is what the image below is made with along with these layer effects:

Bevel & Emboss, Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay, Outer Glow and a bit of Drop Shadow
