Specific Need to replace a person

Hi!

My grandpa’s 90th birthday is coming up and I’d like to frame a photo of him, my uncle and me. Only problem is my grandpa’s nephew is also in the pic. He’s the one in the grey polo, second on the left. Could you please replace him and put me instead (denim shirt on the left) next to my uncle (blue suit, white shirt) please? I’ve tried myself on Ps but I’m just not good enough!

Your help would mean a ton!
