need to make a photograph of a dartboard look inflatable.

does anyone know any techniques. im not sure on how to approach this. im wondering if anyone knows how i could make it look inflatable like a tube or those boats. do you guys get the idea?

is there a stylize effect for this?

i have no idea so far on where to start.
