Need to change the color of an object in a image

If smb could help me change the the red color in the attached images to blue color (RGB: 0 48 130).

Actually I just used the color replacement tool and it worked perfect, select your red color then select the color palette to the blue you want to replace it with and brush it done

it may be easier to just add a hue/saturation adjustment layer to the image
