Specific Need this emblem

Looking to get this emblem in a format that I can use to make stickers, emblems for gas tanks etc. I would like to be able to adjust the size, color etc as needed. Thank you very much

Also how hard would it be to to change the colors if needed?

I'm sure when printing you can select the color of ink you want, otherwise layer one can be changed to any color. Same as the G and B on photoshop. Fairly simple.
