need some help

hi everyone, I'm in college and I have an assignment in a designing class and I tried to do something but couldn't, I tried to copy something and put my own spin on it, I tried just to copy the circle's which are half transparent and some are less but in more than one place. How do I do this?

Hello and welcome.

Here's one way to do this.

Use layer masks on the individual ring layers. Mask out the faded areas using the Brush Tool.
(Done quickly for demo)
