Need some help with this font?

I'm kinda new to photoshop and would like to ask you guys a few questions. First, what is the fastest way to find a font on the net? I am looking for this font http://www.boogienights.com/boogiemain.html. Also, are than any decent chat rooms about photoshop with people in them? Do you guys know of any good AIM PS chats?? thanx

In answer to your question about finding fonts, I use this http://www.fontsearchengine.com/
The font that Boogie Nights is using for their logo is called "Fifties Heavy" and can be had for free at a number of different sites!

As for your question about chat rooms... sorry, can't help you there as I don't frequent them!

wbiss....thanx for your response but when I typed in "fifties heavy" into the font search engine it says that font doesn't exist. I was wondering how u figured out what that font was and where u saw it in the fontsearchengine. thanx!

I recognized the font, knight2255 , because I have it and use it a lot! It's a great "retro" (reminiscent of the 50's diners) style!

Perhaps that site doesn't carry it?... sorry if that's the case! Maybe you have to be a little more specific 'cause I now notice that it's actually called "Fifties Heavy Regular". [innocent]

In any event, I'd be more than happy to send you the file! ;\

In fact, I've attached it here, in both the "heavy" and "hollow" formats!
