Need Quick Help

I need some help here, since I don't have Photoshop at the moment I would like to make simple request. I need this picture edited so that only the photo itself is visible, I want the wooden table in the background removed so the picture looks as if it is a still image instead of a photo and if possible I would like the picture to be made a bit bigger but not big enough so that it looks pixelated. Thank you very much in advance to anyone who could help me out!

Double size, fix perspective, take out some dust. Hope that helps

For future reference, Google has a nice app that scans photos in and you can then use snapseed or whatever you preferred app to edit it. The photo scanner is pretty slick.
