Need Photoshop expertise for skateboard design

Summit is a new skateboard company, and needs a designer to turn scanned, drawn designs, into photoshop'd digital designs, so they can be printed onto the decks. Pay would be in form of royalties, not wages. The designer of the deck makes 20% of the profit after expenses are deducted. For more information, contact us, or ask questions on this thread.
