Need pdf help FAST!

Hey,

Need some quick help (if possible):

I have a HUGE file (a poster) that I need to submit over the interwebs. The catch, I need it to be 18x24, 300ppi, CMYK, and at or under 10mb

I have tried everything my noob self could think of to make this happen and I got nowhere close. 39.3 mb was as close as I could get.

I have CS4, the final copy is saved as a .psd

Any suggestions?!?

Please don't laugh if this is a quick/easy fix, I wouldnt laugh at you

when saving your pdf do not save with editing capabilities that will make it smaller. be sure to save the layered psd though
