Specific need new swatches

hey guys, I have this logo (DONOR) that I would like to have in two sets of different colours



I would like this logo to be in transparent background (png) and also the colour to be changed as below



also I would also like a copy of it to be black and white

so, in a nutshell
1• invert colours from red to white (whatever is red should be white, including the borders and vice versa)
2• change colours to black and white

also the hollow areas in D, O and R should be transparent
it would mean a lot if I could get it asap

It looks like one of the logos is from a flag or a poster. So there should be a much better template.
Please post the original pages from which the templates come...
