I'm working with a lot of very small images with white backgrounds that I try to convert to transparent backgrounds. I've noticed that when I try to use the Magic Eraser tool, however, it not only erases the white background, but makes the outline of the actual object (usually black) fainter as well. I see how this might not really matter with larger images, but since I'm working the pictures that can sometimes be as small as 5x5 pixels, it effects nearly the entire image. Is there a way I can use the magic eraser to only erase the white and stop at the black instead of oozing over onto the other colors a little bit?
